Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 07/13/2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TAXIFIRE website, mobile applications, transportation services, delivery services, payment features and all related products and services.

By accessing TAXIFIRE, creating an account, requesting or providing a service, or making or receiving a payment through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

About TAXIFIRE

TAXIFIRE is a brand owned and operated by UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.

UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD

Company number: 16125987

Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX

Our Platform

TAXIFIRE provides a technology platform that may connect passengers, customers, drivers, delivery partners, transport providers and businesses.

Depending on availability and local regulations, services may include passenger transportation, taxi booking, motorcycle transportation, parcel delivery, fare negotiation and related mobility services.

The availability, features, prices and conditions of services may vary between countries, cities and operating zones.

Acceptance of These Terms

You must accept these Terms and Conditions before using TAXIFIRE.

Where you use TAXIFIRE on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the minimum legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your country.

You must not use TAXIFIRE if you are legally prohibited from receiving our services or the services of one of our payment providers.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete and current information.

  • You must use your own identity and contact details.
  • You must keep your telephone number and other account information current.
  • You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes and devices.
  • You must not sell, transfer, rent or share your account.
  • You must notify TAXIFIRE promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Identity and Compliance Verification

TAXIFIRE or its service providers may request information and documents to verify your identity, address, telephone number, business, vehicle, driving licence, insurance, bank account or payment account.

You agree to provide accurate documentation and to cooperate with reasonable verification, fraud-prevention, anti-money-laundering, sanctions and regulatory checks.

Access to some features, payments or withdrawals may be restricted until verification has been completed successfully.

Passenger and Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate pickup, destination and delivery information.
  • Be ready at the agreed pickup location.
  • Treat drivers and delivery partners respectfully.
  • Follow reasonable safety instructions.
  • Pay all applicable fares, fees, taxes and cancellation charges.
  • Do not damage, contaminate or misuse a vehicle.
  • Do not request the transport or delivery of illegal, dangerous or prohibited items.

Driver and Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Drivers and delivery partners must comply with all laws, licensing rules and operating requirements applicable in the location where they provide services.

  • Maintain valid licences, permits, registrations and insurance.
  • Use a safe, roadworthy and properly maintained vehicle.
  • Provide accurate personal and vehicle information.
  • Comply with traffic, transport, tax and employment laws.
  • Treat passengers and customers professionally.
  • Protect passenger, customer and delivery information.
  • Complete accepted services safely and honestly.
  • Report accidents, safety incidents and serious disputes promptly.

Relationship with Drivers

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, drivers and delivery partners provide their services as independent service providers and not as employees, agents or representatives of UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory employment, worker, consumer or transport rights provided by applicable law.

Service Requests and Availability

Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a driver or delivery partner will be available.

Estimated arrival times, journey durations, distances and routes are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, demand, technical issues or other circumstances.

A service is confirmed when a request is accepted through the platform or otherwise confirmed in accordance with the applicable local process.

Fares and Fare Negotiation

Fares may be calculated by TAXIFIRE, proposed by a passenger, offered by a driver or negotiated between the parties where this feature is available.

Before confirming a service, users should review the fare, currency, payment method and any disclosed fees.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, airport fees, parking, route changes, cleaning, damage, cancellation or other costs permitted by local law.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include cash, TAXIFIRE wallet balance, payment cards, PayPal, Flutterwave, bank transfers, mobile money and other authorised local payment methods.

Payment methods differ by country, currency, service type and provider availability.

TAXIFIRE may add, remove, suspend or restrict a payment method where required for operational, security, legal or compliance reasons.

Third-Party Payment Providers

Electronic payments may be processed by independent payment service providers, including PayPal, Flutterwave, banks, card networks, mobile-money operators and other authorised processors.

Your use of a third-party payment method may also be governed by that provider’s own user agreement, privacy policy, acceptable-use policy, fee schedule and dispute procedures.

By selecting a payment provider, you authorise TAXIFIRE and the relevant provider to process the information and instructions reasonably required to complete, verify, settle, refund or investigate the transaction.

TAXIFIRE does not control the availability, internal decisions, security checks, account restrictions or processing times of independent payment providers.

Payment Authorisation

By initiating a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and authorise the collection of the total amount shown or otherwise properly payable.

A payment provider may perform an authorisation, verification or temporary hold before completing the transaction.

You must not use a payment method belonging to another person without lawful permission.

Payment Processing and Settlement

A transaction is not considered finally settled until TAXIFIRE or the relevant beneficiary receives confirmation of successful and irreversible payment, subject to chargeback and reversal rights.

Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, card network, mobile-money operator, currency and destination country.

TAXIFIRE may delay a payout or withdrawal while a payment is pending, disputed, under review or subject to a reserve or regulatory restriction.

Declined, Blocked or Reversed Payments

A payment may be declined, delayed, blocked, cancelled or reversed by TAXIFIRE or a payment provider for reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect information, suspected fraud, sanctions screening, technical failure, legal restrictions or provider risk controls.

Where payment fails, the user remains responsible for paying any valid amount owed through another accepted payment method.

Currencies and Conversion

Prices and payments may be displayed or processed in the currency assigned to the relevant operating zone.

Where the selected provider does not support that currency, the transaction may be converted into another supported currency.

The applicable exchange rate and conversion fee may be determined by TAXIFIRE, PayPal, Flutterwave, the user’s bank, card issuer or another payment provider.

The final amount charged may therefore differ from the original local amount because of exchange-rate movements, provider fees or bank charges.

Fees, Taxes and Commissions

TAXIFIRE may charge service fees, commissions, booking fees, cancellation fees, payment-processing fees or other disclosed charges.

Applicable fees, commissions and taxes may vary by country, operating zone, service type, user category and payment method.

Users, drivers and business partners remain responsible for their own tax declarations, licences and statutory obligations unless applicable law requires TAXIFIRE to collect, withhold or report an amount.

TAXIFIRE Wallet

Where available, the TAXIFIRE wallet may allow eligible users to store promotional credit, refunds, earnings or funds added through approved payment methods.

Wallet availability, withdrawal rights, limits and supported currencies may vary by country and account type.

Wallet balances must not be used for money laundering, unauthorised transfers, cash cycling, fraudulent withdrawals or any activity unrelated to legitimate TAXIFIRE services.

TAXIFIRE may restrict wallet activity while investigating fraud, disputes, chargebacks, duplicate payments or legal concerns.

Driver Earnings and Payouts

Driver or delivery-partner earnings may be reduced by applicable commissions, taxes, refunds, corrections, chargebacks or other amounts disclosed by TAXIFIRE.

Payouts may require successful identity and bank-account verification.

Payout times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, provider reviews, banking delays or regulatory requirements.

TAXIFIRE may correct calculation errors and recover amounts that were paid twice, paid incorrectly or later reversed by a payment provider.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable law, TAXIFIRE policies and the rules of the relevant payment provider.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method unless another lawful method is selected.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Payment-provider fees, currency-conversion differences or third-party bank charges may not be refundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

A chargeback occurs when a cardholder, bank, card issuer or payment provider challenges or reverses a transaction.

Users must first contact TAXIFIRE regarding a service or payment problem where reasonably possible before initiating an external payment dispute.

You agree to provide accurate information and supporting evidence when a transaction is disputed.

Where a chargeback, reversal or claim is determined against a driver, partner or other beneficiary, TAXIFIRE may recover the disputed amount and any associated provider fees from future earnings, wallet balances or other amounts payable, where legally permitted.

Submitting a false, duplicate or abusive payment dispute may result in account restrictions or termination.

Reserves and Withheld Funds

Where reasonably necessary to manage payment risk, fraud, refunds, chargebacks or legal obligations, TAXIFIRE or its payment provider may establish a reserve or temporarily withhold settlement.

Any restriction will be applied in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment-provider rules.

Prohibited Payment Practices

Users must not:

  • Use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials.
  • Misrepresent the nature, value or purpose of a transaction.
  • Split a transaction to evade limits, reviews or compliance controls.
  • Process artificial, circular or self-funded transactions.
  • Use TAXIFIRE to obtain unauthorised cash advances.
  • Attempt to conceal the origin or destination of funds.
  • Use another person’s identity or payment account without permission.
  • Circumvent payment-provider security or verification measures.
  • Use TAXIFIRE for any transaction prohibited by law or provider policy.

Prohibited Activities and Services

TAXIFIRE must not be used to request, provide, arrange, finance or promote:

  • Illegal goods, services or activities.
  • Fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Human trafficking, exploitation or unlawful discrimination.
  • Stolen goods or counterfeit products.
  • Unlawful weapons, explosives or hazardous materials.
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
  • Unlicensed gambling or unlawful financial services.
  • Pornographic, exploitative or abusive content or services.
  • Transactions violating sanctions or export-control laws.
  • Any activity prohibited by PayPal, Flutterwave or another payment provider used for the transaction.

Parcel and Delivery Restrictions

Customers must accurately describe parcels and must not request the transport of prohibited, unlawful, dangerous, fragile or restricted items without prior written approval and any required licences.

TAXIFIRE or a delivery partner may refuse a parcel where its contents, packaging, weight, dimensions or destination create a safety, legal or operational risk.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Passengers, customers, drivers and delivery partners may cancel services subject to the cancellation rules displayed in the application.

A cancellation fee may apply where a driver has already accepted the request, travelled toward the pickup location, waited beyond the permitted period or incurred reasonable costs.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions where permitted by law.

Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

Promotional codes, discounts and credits may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiry dates, geographic limits and service restrictions.

They have no cash value unless expressly stated and may not be transferred, sold, duplicated or combined without permission.

TAXIFIRE may cancel promotional benefits obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts, technical manipulation or violation of campaign conditions.

Ratings, Reviews and User Content

Users may submit ratings, reviews, messages, photographs or other content related to TAXIFIRE services.

Content must be truthful, lawful, relevant and must not be threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent or privacy-invasive.

You grant TAXIFIRE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display submitted content for operating, protecting and improving the platform, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Safety

Users must behave safely and must not threaten, harass, assault, discriminate against or endanger another person.

Drivers must not use TAXIFIRE while impaired or while legally unable to drive.

In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service before contacting TAXIFIRE support.

Fraud Monitoring and Investigations

TAXIFIRE may monitor account, trip and payment activity to detect fraud, abuse, security threats and violations of these Terms.

We may request additional information, restrict transactions, preserve records and cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, insurers, regulators or law-enforcement authorities where legally permitted or required.

Account Suspension and Termination

TAXIFIRE may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Fraudulent, abusive or unsafe conduct.
  • Failed identity or compliance verification.
  • Chargeback or payment risk.
  • A request from a payment provider or public authority.
  • Expired driver, vehicle or insurance documentation.
  • A serious risk to users, TAXIFIRE or third parties.

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the TAXIFIRE Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Payment providers process certain information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

TAXIFIRE, its logos, software, designs, databases, text, graphics and related materials are owned by UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative works from the platform except where expressly permitted by law or written authorisation.

Third-Party Services

TAXIFIRE may rely on mapping, hosting, communication, identity-verification, analytics and payment services supplied by third parties.

TAXIFIRE is not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Service Availability

We aim to keep TAXIFIRE available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Access may be affected by maintenance, internet failure, telecommunications problems, payment-provider outages, force majeure, legal restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAXIFIRE is provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from the use of TAXIFIRE.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer, transport, payment and data-protection laws remain unaffected.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, business users, drivers and delivery partners agree to compensate UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD for reasonable losses, liabilities and costs arising from their unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform or infringement of another person’s rights.

Complaints and Disputes

Users should contact TAXIFIRE support promptly and provide the relevant trip, delivery or payment details.

Payment disputes may also be subject to the procedures and deadlines of PayPal, Flutterwave, the relevant bank, card issuer or mobile-money provider.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using any mandatory complaint, mediation, regulatory or court procedure available under applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where the mandatory laws of the user’s country require otherwise.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right of a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, payment-provider requirements, technology, business practices or applicable law.

Where changes are material, we may provide notice through the application, website, email or another appropriate method before the changes take effect.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay in enforcing a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific rules displayed by TAXIFIRE, form the agreement between you and UR GLOBAL TRADE LTD concerning your use of the platform.
